SPACE RENTAL

The Performance Garage provides two first floor studio spaces with high ceilings, large windows, and solid mahogany carriage-house doors. These studios are perfect for dance and rehearsals, productions, workshops, and auditions. In addition, the studios are available for film and video shoots, as well as community meetings.

The Performance Garage is committed to reducing the barriers for dance companies to produce their work. Acting as an incubator for local talent, we offer dance artists subsidized rental rates.

A response will typically be sent within 48-72 hours. Note that requests sent from Friday evening to Sunday night will not be responded to until the following week.

  • Adjacent dressing room with dressing tables, refrigerator, washer/dryer, and (2) bathrooms with showers

  • Masonite floor covering available for tap dance, heeled shoes, and street shoes (free use, install for extra fee)

  • Kimball Vienna Series Grand Piano (free use, move and tuning for extra fee)​

The cost of your rental includes:

  • Full support from the Performance Garage Production Manager who will oversee and operate lighting, sound & video, and assist with all technical needs

  • Pre-rental production meeting to plan your event

  • Video Projection (extra fee)

  • Ticketing

  • FOH / Box Office Manager (required)

  • Marketing Support
