Audition
with Nora Gibson Contemporary Ballet

Tuesday, January 30, 6:00-8:00 pm 

Nora Gibson will audition male and female dancers with strong ballet backgrounds for her new project. This project is for the creation of and premiere of a new  evening length ballet. The style of work is rooted in classical ballet, but the genre/context would be described as experimental work. All rehearsals and performances will take place at The Performance Garage. The concert weekend is April 20-22, 2018.

 

The audition will consist of a ballet class. There is no fee for the audition. Please bring a C.V. with you with your contact information included. Women, please bring pointe shoes. Men may also bring pointe shoes, if they are comfortable dancing in them.

 

To be considered, and to be able to participate in the audition, dancers should be available for at least 90% of the following rehearsals:

Tech week/concerts will take place April 16-21 with a matinee on Apr. 22
