Amy Lynne Barr is an East Coast-based performing artist and choreographer. She currently lives in New Jersey, teaches Pilates, and obsesses about muscles and bones.
Elizabeth June Bergman is a dancer, scholar, and educator living in Philadelphia. Her creative work takes the form of solo performance, dance scholarship, screendance, and collaboration with other dancemakers and artists and has been presented nationally and internationally.
Chrissy Eltvedt is a Philly-based multidisciplinary artist, choreographer, and movement educator who is interested in exploring nuance and idiosyncrasy through dance. Currently, Chrissy is an adjunct professor at Temple University and is on faculty at several other local dance and Pilates studios.

Improvisation and impulse practice: A taste of the practice of tapping into the impulses we feel while riding the improvisation-choice-rodeo, with Amy Lynne Barr.
Contemporary Moves: Explore spiraling, falling, and musical approaches to improvisation and release technique with Elizabeth June Bergman.
The Art of Movement/Contemporary Dance Class: With an emphasis on the expressive nature of movement, we will utilize gravity, energy, shape, and time to demonstrate and practice the language of dance, with Chrissy Eltvedt.
